How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
People who contact Reliefrare Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or messaged Reliefrare Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have trouble with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Reliefrare Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@reliefrare.beer and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A brief account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Send It
We aim to confirm by email that we received your complaint, typically within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our reply does not settle the matter, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state licensing board may be able to help.
